- gopika gBy the end of 2021, when it started hitting me that by next year I would be moving abroad for my studies, I started my preparations for getting ready mentally and physically to face the great change that was awaiting me. Most importantly I felt that I was not ready for facing a completely new environment. I wanted to get fit. I wanted to learn ways in which I could defend myself and stand up when in need and when I'm alone. I wanted to be fearless and confident. So I decided to join a martial arts training. After 2 months of research and self motivation, I chose Krav Maga or I like to believe that it's the other way around , Krav Maga chose me..!And it made all the difference. Three months into training, I was like an Alice inside the rabbit hole, the only difference was that I didn't want to get outside the hole and it's challenges.
